1. Shipping Method

We ship all orders to the United States using USPS Ground service for door-to-door delivery.

USPS Ground

a. Delivery: 3–5 business days from despatch, depending on the location.

a.1 - Major metro areas: 3–4 business days

a.2 - Remote or rural areas: 4–5 business days

Ideal for all orders, including standard purchases and pre-orders.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to USPS operations, local conditions, and other external factors.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are processed and despatched within the specified time indicated on the product page. Once despatched, pre-orders take the same delivery time as standard orders, depending on the location.

3. Delivery Times

All delivery estimates are based on time from despatch, not from order placement. Depending on your location, parcels may arrive sooner or slightly later than the estimated range:

Major metro areas: 3–4 business days

Remote or rural areas: 4–5 business days

4. Shipping Fees

1-2 items $16, 3-4 items $23, 5-6 items $32, 7-8 items $38, 8-9 items $43, 10-12 items $48.

All shipping fees provided on this page are estimates only. The final freight calculation will be determined at checkout, based on the actual weight, size, and destination of your order.

Dragonberry® is not responsible for minor variations between the estimated fees shown here and the final amount charged at checkout.

The table above will outline delivery costs based on weight or package tier.

5. Taxes & Duties – United States

All applicable tariff duties and import charges are calculated and collected at checkout.

The total amount displayed at checkout represents the full landed cost for your order. Customers will not incur additional tariff duties upon delivery for standard shipments where duties have been prepaid.

Shipping charges are calculated separately and displayed at checkout where applicable.

6. Tracking

All USPS shipments are trackable. Once your order is despatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your parcel in real time on the USPS Tracking system here: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction

7. Important Notes

a. Dragonberry® USA is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost parcels once the order has been handed to USPS.

b. Pre-orders follow the same delivery timeline as standard orders.

c. All orders are processed in the order they are received.

d. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.
